What is Feuerstein Rewards?
How can I participate in the loyalty program?
Register for free and create a customer account. After registering, you will be credited with 500 Care Points and can start collecting them straight away.
How do I redeem my collected points?
Log in to your customer account to see your current points balance. You can redeem your Care Points on the Rewards page to receive exclusive discounts and rewards.
Reward levels for redemption:
1000 Care Points = 10 CHF
2000 Care Points = 20 CHF
3000 Care Points = 30 CHF
How many points do I need for a discount?
With 1000 Care Points you reach the first reward level of CHF 10 discount. The more points you collect, the higher your discount.
When do my points expire?
Points expire automatically after 12 months if they are not redeemed. You will receive a reminder 30 days before the expiry date.
What does VIP status mean?
If your total order value reaches CHF 1000, you will receive VIP status and collect more points:
Bronze: 1 CHF = 1.5x Care Points
Silver: 1 CHF = 2x Care Points
Gold: 1 CHF = 3x Care Points
