Instructions for use & routine

1. wet your body thoroughly with warm water to prepare the skin.

2. apply a small amount of the scrub to the palms of your hands or directly to the damp skin of your body.

3. gently massage the scrub into the skin using circular movements, paying particular attention to rough or dry areas.

4. avoid sensitive areas or open wounds and do not massage the scrub in too vigorously so as not to irritate the skin.

5. then rinse your body thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any residue.

6. gently pat your skin dry and apply a moisturizing lotion or body cream to nourish the skin if necessary.

Use the scrub once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and to refresh and smooth the skin.
