Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation policy

I. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland GmbH, Seestrasse 79, 8703 Erlenbach, Switzerland, info@feuerstein-essentials.ch, Phone: &41 818 603 142) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). A sample withdrawal form is available on request, but is not obligatory.

The timely dispatch of your notification is sufficient to meet the deadline.

II Consequences of revocation 

If you revoke the contract:

1. Refund: We will refund the purchase price and the delivery costs, limited to the cheapest standard delivery costs within Switzerland, if you have selected these. Shipping costs for international deliveries or express/special shipping options will not be refunded.
2. Time of repayment: Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of return. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods.
3. Return shipment: You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. All returns must be properly declared and cleared through customs. Incorrectly declared returns may be rejected or charged further.
4. Loss of value: You are liable for a possible loss in value of the goods if this is due to use that goes beyond testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

III Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made or personalized items.

IV. Return costs and fees

Returns must be made at your expense and responsibility, especially for international returns. Customs duties, return shipping costs and fees for the reversal of exports/imports resulting from the revocation will not be borne and invoiced by us.

This regulation serves to clarify and avoid inconsistencies in international orders.

Irrespective of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you as a consumer the following return promise for orders within Switzerland:

You can return all items from our store to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in an unused and undamaged condition. If the goods were delivered in sales packaging, they must still be in their original packaging. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

This take-back promise applies exclusively to shipments within Switzerland.

If you make use of this take-back promise, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid and the shipping costs. The return costs will also be borne by us if you return the goods to us from Switzerland and use a return slip or label provided by us for the return shipment, which we will send to you by e-mail or post at your separate request if you exercise your right of return. You can request the return slip or label from us by calling the above telephone number or sending an e-mail to the above e-mail address. Otherwise you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

This take-back promise does not limit your legal rights and therefore does not limit your right of withdrawal.

D. Special notes

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form a single economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal.

E. Applicable law

In accordance with our GTC, Swiss law applies exclusively to all contracts.
