Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland GmbH

1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all purchases, services and deliveries made via the online portal www.feuerstein-essentials.ch. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the GTC. The offer is only valid for customers in Switzerland. Special provisions apply to international shipments (see right of withdrawal).

2. offer / prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Prices and product ranges are subject to change. Errors in the price information entitle Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland to adjust or cancel the contract.

3. order / delivery

The contract is concluded with the confirmation of the order by Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland. Orders can be rejected without giving reasons.

4th delivery

Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post (for national shipments) and UPS (for international shipments).

• Switzerland: Shipping costs of CHF 9.50 for orders under CHF 60, free shipping for orders above this amount.
• International: Shipping costs depend on the destination country (e.g., $35 for the EU).
  Note: Customs duties and country-specific taxes are borne by the customer.

5. right of withdrawal

• Switzerland: Customers can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The return costs are covered by Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland, provided a return slip is used.
• International: A right of withdrawal only exists for products that are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs, customs and handling fees are borne by the customer.

6. complaints

Complaints regarding quality or transport damage must be reported within 10 days. Damage caused by improper transportation must be reported to the respective shipping company.

7. liability

Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

8. means of payment

The following payment methods are valid for purchases in the online store; American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, VISA, TWINT, Klarna, PostFinance or prepayment. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to make orders subject to a credit check. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland uses secure procedures for the transfer of data, in particular credit card data is encrypted using proven SSL technology.

9. data protection

All personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with data protection regulations and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.

10. competition rules

In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to provide personal data and to subscribe to the Feuerstein newsletter. The controller responsible for data processing is Feuerstein Essentials Switzerlandd GmbH, Via Maistra 1, 7500 St. Moritz. We process your personal data (e-mail) for the purpose of drawing and notifying the winners.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR. By entering your personal data, you confirm that you wish to participate in the competition voluntarily, that we may process your personal data for the above-mentioned purpose and that you are the same person as the sender.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, a right to object, a right to data portability and a right to withdraw your consent. 11 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

12. changes AGB

These GTC come into force upon publication on the website and may be amended at any time.
